Owning and operating a Children's Home or Supported Accommodation is a serious commitment and you must consider your motives as to why you want to open a home. It is a slow, frustrating and costly journey and with the influx of new providers vying for approval, the growing number of new and existing homes receiving enforcement notices shows regulators determination to expose and test weak practices, whilst validating those that have truly gone the extra mile. The people we work with deserve the highest standards of both care and quality of home. Bottom line that means you will be heavily investing in your staff, their training and your house before you even have a child through the door.
